  • Junior Finance & Admin

    The Role

    We’re seeking an effective Junior Finance & Administrator to ensure proper operations of the company. You will:

    Finance

    • Maintaining records and checking of all financial transactions including monthly reimbursements, expenses and payroll

    • Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly financial reports

    • Performing reconciliations, updating accounts payable and receivable, and issuing invoices

    • Reconciliation of all accounting reports

    • Ensuring compliance with local regulations including mandatory contributions, VAT / EWT payments, annual renewals etc

    Administration

    • Review, generate and prepare documents including minutes of meetings, contracts and presentations

    • Assist in HR-related tasks including recruitment, payroll, on & off boarding of staff

    • Assist in operational tasks including research, supplier coordination and event planning

    • Ensure deliverables and reports are in order and updated accurately on a timely basis

    • Other duties as assigned

    Skills & Experience

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines

    • At least 1-2 years experience, fresh graduates welcome to apply

    • Sound understanding of financial and accounting practices and principles

    • Excellent Proficiency of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

    • High proficiency in mathematics and the ability to think critically

    • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and people skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to think independently and recommend best practices

    • Superior organization, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.

    The Role

    We’re seeking a diligent Fundraising Associate to support fundraising efforts for BillionBricks.

    • Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and execute fundraising strategies.

    • Conduct comprehensive research on potential investors, including their preferences and investment criteria.

    • Build and maintain databases of potential funders and partners

    • Assist in creating compelling pitch decks and presentations for fundraising activities.

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient communication with potential investors.

    • Provide administrative support in organising and preparing for fundraising meetings and events.

    • Accompany CEO in presentable way for fundraising pitches when required

    • Be available based on the CEO’s availability and needs which may include outside of regular work hours.

    Skills & Experience

    • Any experience with startups, fundraising, managing external stakeholders

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.

    • Strong online research skills, analytical skills with high attention to detail

    • Excellent English and business writing skills

    • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

    • Proficient with spreadsheets and creating presentations.

    • Effective verbal skills, clear and confident communication.

    The Role

    As a Marketing Intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in various marketing activities, including market research, social media management, content creation, and marketing campaign analysis.

    • Create, develop (write, edit and proofread) and manage marketing material (POSM, leaflets, etc.) and other engaging content

    • Collect and present qualitative and quantitative insights and analyze analytics to gauge the success of content and campaigns

    • Assist in developing and executing online and offline marketing plans

    • Assist in planning and executing events

    • Brainstorm campaign and content ideas for social media channels.

    • Engages with customers across the brand’s social platforms.

    • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms.

    • Collaborate with internal/external teams to plan and develop content and marketing materials

    Skills & Experience

    • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing is a plus

    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

    • A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience analyzing and reviewing results

    The Role

    We’re seeking an effective Business Intern to help support various key organisational functions. Your job as a business development intern is to follow your mentor’s instructions, identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients as well as help to maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.

    • Acquiring and managing potential distributors and agents for our brands

    • Research, contact and follow up with new leads

    • Identify opportunities with B2B clients and convert them into business actions

    • Develop strategies and plans to increase conversions and build good business relations

    • Lead negotiations with potential partners and clients

    • Manage interaction with our clients, maintain good business relations

    • Key Accounts management.

    • Work together with the marketing and design team to create outstanding communication related to new product developments to prospective clients

    • Follow up all kinds of plans and goals, attend business meetings, and make presentations

    • Assist Business Development Team for the whole duration of internship period

    • Assist Admin Team and Operations Team when necessary

    • Handle leads generation during internship period

    • Support Admin Team in creating reports and/or forecasts

    • Provide general coordination for logistics and concerns for trainings and meetings

    • Producing documentation and deliverables relevant to the different project stakeholders

    • Creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on various projects and deliverables

    • Supports the team on engagement activities

    Skills & Experience

    • Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Business Management, Communications, Legal Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Multimedia Arts, or any related field with an excellent academic background

    • Advanced MS office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    • Articulate with excellent writing skills, and good eye for detail

    • Discreet, professional and well spoken, with good communication skills

    • Exceptionally organized and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
